SERCRUZ PROPERTY MAINTENANCE Cleaning was started by
Sergio Cruz in 2004. We entered the business part time with
2 employees and have now grown into a full service cleaning business. Our employees are well trained and kept up to date on new cleaning equipment and supplies through regularly scheduled training meetings.
All new employees go through a screening and background check
before their first day on the job. They also receive cleaning procedures and safety training before working in your building.
SERCRUZ PROPERTY MAINTENANCE Cleaning Company provides commercial cleaning services throughout the complete building maintenance and care Our regular services are provided Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to midnight. Special services, such as carpet cleaning or floors stripping and waxing, are usually scheduled for Saturdays. Or the best time for our customer.
